[Bug 739821] [NEW] Brasero is build with "--disable-cdrtools"

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: brasero

It seems as if Natty's Brasero-package was build with "--disable-
cdrtools". This makes the use of the original cdrtools impossible and
prevents me from using them for a clean and working burning
functionality.

Brasero should be built without disabling this, so users can choose what
they prefer.
