Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: brasero

I tried copying one of my discs with Brasero. I inserted the written
disc and waited for it to load. I right clicked on the disc icon on the
desktop>Copy disc>Copy and burn to a blank disc in the drive. I went to
properties and set the disc write speed to 8x. I started the reading
part which went alright. I even inserted the blank disc when prompted
and clicked OK and the disc ejected again and the software told me that
I'd have to insert a blank disc EVEN THOUGH I did. I inserted it a
second time and finally it started burning. Then, while I burned the
disc, the speed jumped up to almost 14x. Though I set it to 8x. Whats up
with that?
