[Bug 761926] [NEW] Shutdown icon not working when in Workspace Switcher mode

Binary package hint: brasero

To replicate the issue, follow the step

1. Click the Workspace Switcher icon in the Unity taskbar.
2. When it still displays the four workspaces, click the power icon at the top right corner.  It does not display the drop down list.
