Hi,

Still having the problem with mainstream lucid (remark: I did the upgrade from karmic while still in beta 2, but since then kept the system up-to-date).
My last update: yesterday (2010-05-30)

The workaround proposed by daqron (post #22) succeeds for me. I'm using
cdrdao v1.2.2 (the version that gets installed with lucid). The problem
seems indeed to be coming from brasero (2.30.0), not from cdrdao
(1.2.2).

Although the howto is very neat and clear, it's not quite for newbies...
Lucid is a LTS! So, I don't feel like installing things manually outside the official repository like suggested by several posts above, or even recommend it. Furthermore, this is even less for newbies and it could jeopardize the system's stability by introducing unmet(table) dependencies.

An effective fix would thus be greatly appreciated.
