[Bug 549356] [NEW] pktcdvd causes second DVD drive door not to operate correctly

I added a new DVD drive to my system and the drive door would not open
or would partially open and close immediately

I killed the process pktcdvd and the drive door operated correctly
sudo pktsetup -d /dev/pktcdvd0
