As you can read in the debug text:

'BraseroBurn: (at burn-plugin-manager.c:493) Load failure, no GType was returned 
Diese Version von »cdrdao« ist zu alt'

in english and short words: Brasero thinks that cdrdao is too old.

BTW: installed cdrdao is the latest available version (and delivered
with Ubuntu 10.04)
