[Bug 346128] [NEW] "Error while burning: the file is not stored locally"

Binary package hint: brasero

In Ubuntu 8.10, my "CD/DVD Creator folder" has two "Write to Disc"
buttons, as in the attached screenshot.  (I assume this is because of
bug 317756.)  The top "Write to Disc" button, which I assume runs
brasero, always fails to burn a disc; a dialog always displays the error
message "Error while burning: the file is not stored locally".  The
bottom "Write to Disc" button, which I assume runs nautilus-cd-burner,
works fine.
