What version of Xfce are you running? The screenshot given,
http://www.xfce.org/images/about/screenshots/4.6-2.png, is for Xfce 4.6,
I think. You can use 'apt-cache policy xfce4-session' in a terminal or
click on the Menu -> About Xfce, Info tab to find out for sure.
