Updated debdiff which also installs mpeg2enc plugin to correct location.

gst-plugins-bad0.10 (0.10.11-2ubuntu2) jaunty; urgency=low

  * debian/build-deps.in:
    - add build-depends on libmjpegtools-dev (>= 1.9.0) to build mplex-
      plugin. (LP: #270976)
  * debian/gstreamer-plugins-bad.install:
    - add mplex-plugin
    - add mpeg2enc-plugin
