[Bug 272890] Re: k3b cannot be updated to 1.0.5-1ubuntu6 on amd64

* k3b-data got architecture all (i.e. only gets built on i386)
* -ubuntu6 also introduced a new package which is also architecture all (also only gets built on i386)
* new packages must be approved by an archive admin (actually not just the actual binary package, but the whole set of binary packages for a specific architecture)

This means there is no -ubuntu6 on i386 yet (awaits approval), same
applies for the packages with architecture all, which causes the
reported issue.

Targeting ubuntu-8.10-beta and subscribing archive-admin.
