[Bug 235381] [NEW] k3b v 1.0.4 can't find dvd+rw-format even though it is installed

Public bug reported:

I just installed k3b version 1.0.4 in intrepid and it is reporting that
it can't find dvd+rw-format, even though dvd+rw-tools is installed. I
tried setting the permission of the file to 777 and even after a reboot
it still can't find the program
