[Bug 202949] [NEW] Offer overburn when burning a .ISO file

Binary package hint: brasero

I'm using Brasero 0.7.1 on Hardy.

I have just realised that it lets you use the overburn option if you try
to burn a data CD, but if you try to burn a .ISO file that is slightly
over 700 mb (e.g. today's Ubuntu daily build, which is 705) it will just
give you an error, and not let you burn at all.
