[Bug 230350] marking some bugs as won't fix

Hi,

we won't fiddle with gcc just for a missing maintainer field (finally the 
Matthias is a gcc maintainer in debian as well).

  affects ubuntu/gcc-3.3
  affects ubuntu/gcc-3.4
  status wontfix

also, gtimelog doesn't have ubuntu specific changes, so no maintainer field 
change is necessary.

  affects ubuntu/gtimelog
  status invalid
