Symptom: K3b Pops up an error message that says "Unable to find dvd+rw-
format executable.   K3b uses dvd+rw-format to format DVD-RW's and
DVD+RW's. Solution: Install the dvd+rw-tools package."  According to
Riddell this also appears when the missing file is installed.

Steps to reproduce: 
1/ Start K3b
