[Bug 183130] use places → cd creator menu item

Binary package hint: brasero

Now that brasero has been included in Ubuntu by default, and given that
it can do anything that nautilus-cd-burner can, I think that the places
→ cd creator menu item should launch brasero. Firstly because brasero is
not *specifically* a media application and it does not quite make sense
to go to the "sound and video" menu if I want to record a data CD;
secondly, because it would help keep the menus uncluttered; lastly,
having two separate apps in plain sight for the same task could confuse
new users.
