[Bug 182672] k3b fails sfter erasing cdrw when unable to load the tray

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: k3b

When burning a cd image with a non empty CD/RW, k3b erases the cd, then
ejects it - and issues an error (no permission to open the device) and
fails.

This is on a DELL D820.  This might be termed "the son of #114758"
