[Bug 182427] FTBFS: needs to use sys/inotify.h

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: brasero

    - drop 001_use-sys-inotify.h.patch: Unneeded patch.

Sadly, this means that it uses its own private-and-broken verison of
inotify header files, instead of the actual header files from the
kernel.  Private versions of system header files are never a good idea.
