[Bug 182162] k3b does not write cd-text data

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: k3b

When creating a CD-Audio, k3b does not write CD-Text data to the CD even
if that option was selected and information was provided. In Project |
Properties | CD-Text, I filled in both Title and Performer. And in the
project tab on the main window, I filled in Artist and Title for each
track.

The images created by k3b contain *.inf files for each track. None of
these files contain the expected information. All fields are empty as
follows:
