Public bug reported:

I have a UJ-852 burner, which is being detected properly:

  scsi 0:0:0:0: CD-ROM MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-852 RB02 PQ: 0 ANSI: 5

This is for a T61p (6457-7WU). Brasero only shows one speed (1x), and
certainly burns accordingly slow. I've checked, and I do have the
current Brasero package installed:

ii brasero 0.8.0-0ubuntu1 CD/DVD burning application for GNOME

The Thinkpad site
(http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-67919.html) shows the
expected 8.31 MB/Sec burn rate for a DVD-RW. I am only getting 1x
offered when burning a DVD-RW. For reference, I include
http://www.dvddemystified.com/dvdfaq.html#4.2.

** Affects: brasero (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
