Wait, why can't k3b just recommend libk3b2-mp3.  Is it because the library is in universe while k3b is in main?  It does already suggest it.
And how is it better for k3b to pull it in when you want to run it instead of when you're installing it?

 I guess that lets it pull it in if you enable a universe repository
after installing k3b.
