[Bug 93750] [feisty] gnomebaker can't burn cd, RLIMIT_MEMLOCK

Public bug reported:

when trying to burn a CD ISO, "wodim" reports that it couldn't raise
RLIMIT_MELOCK. i can burn as root, but i suppose that's not the best way
to do this.

here's the content of /etc/security/limits.conf
