[Bug 128938] k3b hangs on launch with usb dvd burner TSSTCorp TS-H552b

Binary package hint: k3b

This device works with everything else in Gutsy, including k9copy.

Device works fine in Feisty version of k3b

If burner is shut off during hang, k3b launches.  If burner is turned
back on after launch, application locks but if device is shut back off,
k3b works normally with internal CD writer.

Launching k3b from terminal gives no error messages, just a hang.
