[Bug 80460] Brasero speed burning doesn't work

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: brasero

Using edgy, the burning speed select box doesn't work. It has no max
limit, and so i can select 1000000x as burning speed.

Anyway, this doesn't affect real burning speed.

This bug has been confirmed by other people using edgy on 64 or i386
arch.
