ls -l /dev/sg0
crw-rw---- 1 root root 21, 0 2006-12-21 16:43 /dev/sg0

..some more info:

root at ibmr52:~# file /dev/cdrom
/dev/cdrom: symbolic link to `scd0'
root at ibmr52:~# ls -l /dev/cdrom
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 4 2006-12-21 16:43 /dev/cdrom -> scd0
root at ibmr52:~# ls -l /dev/scd0
brw-rw---- 1 root cdrom 11, 0 2006-12-21 16:43 /dev/scd0

..but as said above i've done some quick (and careless, probably)
changes just to get it to work in a hurry.. haven't really tried to burn
anything in a while though
