[Bug 157230] After upgrading kubuntu 7.04 to 7.10 cdrecord dissappeared

After upgrading my k3b says that cdrecord have no some needed rights (can't write exaclty)
Than I find out that there is no cdrecord at all. K3b/Kubuntu 7.04 has no such problem.
