[Bug 133758] Missing DVD burn speed options (6x +)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus-cd-burner

When burning a 16x DVD-R no options for setting the burn speed are given
beyond 6.2x.

I prefer to burn discs at a high speed but not the highest (to avoid
coasters).

Typically I'll burn a 16x disc at 12x.

But the highest speed choices given are 6.2x or "Maximum". And there is
no indication as to what "Maximum" truly ends up being.
