[Bug 133291] brasero doesn't recognize blank cd when changing the recorder

I had a recorder LG (GSA-H10A) and I have changed it by a Samsung (CD-
182S). Now brasero doesn't recognize blank cd, but serpentine records
them. After proving with several blank cds, I have cancelled the
recording because it doesn't recognize them. More info:
