[Bug 101847] k3b doesn't properly recognize write speed

K3b doesn't recognize the write speed of Lenovo ThinkCentre 8114 cd-
rw/dvd drive (GCC-4428B). At the first time maximum write speed is being
asked, but it still tries to write at some random speed. "Starting SAO
writing at 3079864x speed". The speed is dropped correctly to match the
inserted media so this is a very minor problem (I haven't had any
problems with writing). K3b also falsely claims that the drive is
capable to write DVD+R(W) and DVD+R DL media.
