[Bug 99895] reinserting a CD immediately after burning, CD is reported as empty

Binary package hint: k3b

With vanilla (GNOME) Ubuntu:

1) burn a CD with k3b
2) it finishes, ejects the CD. Insert it again. No icon is added to the desktop
3) look in /media/cdrom - empty
4) "mount" shows the cd to be mounted

Closing k3b, then ejecting and reinserting the CD again seems to fix it.
