That should be fixed with that update:

"nautilus-cd-burner (2.17.3-0ubuntu1) feisty; urgency=low

  * New upstream version:
    nautilus-cd-burner
    - Rename invalid filenames
    - Support x-cdrdao-toc mime types
    - Fix cancellation warning when erasing DVD
    - Fix create from ISO in burn://
  * Sync with Debian
  * debian/control.in:
    - Depends on cdrecord instead of wodim
  * debian/patches/03_wodim.patch:
    - dropped, cdrecord is still to desktop"

Now it's possible to rename invalide filenames, a dialog with a list of
them is presented when you try to record a CD

** Changed in: nautilus-cd-burner (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided => Wishlist
       Status: Needs Info => Fix Released
