Missing debuginfo on https://debuginfod.ubuntu.com

I can't seem to get debug info for the libqt5core5a package inside a 
22.04 docker container:

The same command worked a couple of weeks ago, with the same build-id. 
Doesn't look like a bug in the libqt5core5a or debuginfod packages but 
rather like an issue with the service. Where to report such things?
