Which package for screen problem?

Hi,

After I updated Lubuntu 16.04.3 LTS on my Asus 1000HE netbook, the 
screen displayed this:  https://i.imgur.com/bTw9t4Z.jpg. Should I file a 
bug report?  Would you know which package this belongs to?
