Update ImageMagick

I'm sorry that, since this bug seems not to fit a stable release update 
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates), it should be marked as 
won't fix and wait Debian to update the package in future releases.

Is this right, Quality and Bug Squad?
