To be pedantic this is the Linux package for the Ubuntu distribution not
the Linux project in Launchpad.  Launchpad can track bug tasks for both
but this particular bug report does not.  The url used shows that we are
taking about a package, notice the:

"/ubuntu/+source/linux/"
