Determining package for LiveUSB session

If the bug will be also in the Ubuntu *installation itself* just after
set-up, it should be filed against the package in question.
There are special cases where the bug only involves the *live image
*(for example, bug #658042
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/hundredpapercuts/+bug/658042>). In this
case, the affected package is livecd-rootfs
<https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/livecd-rootfs>.
