Alberto,

It might even be good to schedule "sub-events" for beginners (or
experts, too), such as days to get the development environment set up,
register on Launchpad, etc. This last bug weekend I wanted to get
involved and (foolishly) waited until the last minute to get VirtualBox
set up with Trusty. I spent all my time setting up my development
environment and wasn't able to participate in bug weekend.

Great idea and initiative!

as has been noted earlier.. please do liase with the papercut team for
those of us who are not developers... there are bugs that still need
confirming. It is a good chance to liase with the bug squad and get a
"hug a bug" weekend.

Beta 1 is Feb 27th, and final beta is March 27th. I would plan with
those dates in mind. Any thoughts on timeline?
