properly spam on launchpad

On looking in trusty buglist I have found by accident this:

, which is..., well I am not so sure. Is it just spam or a joke?!

Also there are some of this entries in

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/trac-mastertickets

Maybe there should be a round of deleting this entries and inform some 
users that their accounts are misused... or just block this launchpad 
accounts if they only used to post Spam.
