Stable Release Update verification

I've just written a blog post regarding how to participate in the Stable
Release Update verification process, this is testing of packages in the
-proposed repository so that they can be released to -updates and all
Ubuntu users.

I even left the example bug unverified for someone to do - it's really
quite easy!  Let's help get these fixed bugs out to all Ubuntu users.
