Recent Bug Days

I believe I've reviewed all the work done for the bug days regarding
update-manager and ubuntu-release-upgrader.  In some cases I added
additional information to the bug reports which may provide some
guidance on how to triage bug reports about these packages better.

Thanks for having a look at both of these packages, I found a few
interesting bugs to work on!
