This would probably make more sense on the Launchpad users list, but
PPAs only build for i386 and amd64.  If you'd like to get a new version
onto older Ubuntu releases for other archs, simply request a backport. 
(requestbackport is in ubuntu-dev-tools on 12.04 and later)
