I just cleaned up some texinfo package installation failure bug reports
due to syntax errors in /etc/environment.  However, I didn't get all of
them because DpkgTerminalLog is sometimes included in the bug's
description.  For an example see http://launchpad.net/bugs/778504 which
has:

/etc/environment: line 2: CLASSPATH: command not found

This is something the reporter will need to sort out.  It would be great
if somebody could review the rest of the textinfo apport-package bug
reports for these errors.  If you want to narrow your search further, I
found that most reports had an exit status of 127 or 2.
