Bug in Ubntu 10.10 OpenOffice

No spell-check in OpenOffice.
When I boot from Live-CD I can perform spell-check in OpenOffice,
After Ubuntu is installed to my HD the spell-check dont work (No errors reported, only say Spell-Check finished)
My locale after install is English Philippines
