Common Replies - Printing

Thanks to Braiam Peguero I've just updated the bugsquad-replies.xml to
match the wiki page.  This file is used by the firefox-lp-improvements
extension[1] to facilitate using the common replies.

Anyway, I started looking at some of common replies and have some
questions about some of them.  I'll send a separate email for each one.

The printing common reply points to the DebuggingPrintingProblems wiki
page.  Does anybody know why this is mentioned instead of just using
'apport-collect'?  There is an apport hook for cups which adds detailed
printing information.
