New ubuntu-bug option

Its now possible, in Natty, to use ubuntu-bug with a -w option,
'ubuntu-bug -w', to report a bug about a running application by then
clicking on an open window.  Thanks go to Abhinav Upadhyay for adding
this functionality.

This would be useful information to add to any bug reporting
documentation you know of as its lots more accessible than trying to
figure out the name of some applications.
