New Bug Control Members

Hello all,

We are happy to announce that Robert Roth[1] and Christopher M.
Penalver[2] have joined the Ubuntu Bug Control[3] team this week.
Robert has been active with Gnome desktop applications and Christopher
has been active with OpenOffice.org and LibreOffice bug reports.  Both
of them are welcome additions to the team!

I would like to thank both Christopher and Robert for helping to make
Ubuntu even better, and look forward to their continued contributions.
