Problem while opening kmail

thank you for your interest in helping us resolve more bugs, but this
list is for discussions between bugsquad members about methods of bug
triaging, rather than the actual solving of bugs.
a better method of reporting bugs would be, in this case for kmail, is
to click the "help" menu in kmail, and choose "report bug", the bug
reporting wizard should start, and guide you through the rest of the
process.
for other programs, the non-KDE ones, or the programs that don't have an
included "report bug" button, you can use the program "ubuntu-bug" to
report the problem, such as:

ubuntu-bug <pkg-name>
