Package Status Pages

I've made some recent updates to the package status pages at:

http://status.qa.ubuntu.com/qapkgstatus/

that you will hopefully find useful.  There is now a link and count for the
quantity of apport-package bug reports, bugs tagged about the
development release, bugs needing a bug pattern and those tagged
regression-proposed.  Please let me know if you think of any other
useful additions.
