Newish Bug Tag

I wanted to let you know about a relatively new bug tag that is being
adding to bug reports from Natty by apport.

The tag 'running-unity' is added when someone is / was logged into a
unity session.  This tag should be helpful to identify bug reports that
are related to unity, however there are some cases (like a crash in
couchdb) where the tag doesn't make sense.  In such cases please remove
the tag and of course if you have an interest in unity you might want to
review bugs with this tag.
