You've certainly put some thought into this and I think excluding
package installation failures is a good idea. I'm under the impression
(or maybe assumption) that the intent was to find out what
OpenOffice.org bug reports apply to LibreOffice. Subsequently, in my
mind it'd make sense to look at the most important ones first and then
move onto the other ones.
