Launchpad Greasemonkey Scripts in Chromium

In case you don't follow my blog regularly, for which you should be
ashamed ;-) , I've put some work into getting the Launchpad Greasemonkey
Scripts working in Chromium.  The full details can be found in my
posting[1].

Anyway, they should all work, aside of loading standard responses from
the xml file, in Chromium and currently must be installed on an
individual basis.
